"An object which Mr Staggs describes as being " a T shape with a square underneath it" appeared to float majestically across the lower part of the moon. He carried on filming, and when the whole event was over, he rushed inside to review exactly what he had seen. There indeed, caught on good quality video, was that weird 'Drone' type object moving slowly across the lower face of the moon. Describing himself as "NOT a UFO conspiracy nut", Mr Staggs did the right thing and contacted the Morehead Space Research Center."
