KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Missouri shut down a controversial report that linked right-wing groups with militia movements. The report indicates you might be a militia member if, for example, you supported a third-party presidential candidate, such as Ron Paul. The report was supposed to be used by law enforcement, but it was leaked. The report outraged third-party supporters because it indicates you might be a domestic terrorist if you belong to the Libertarian party, for example, or if you have a Bob Barr bumper sticker on your car.
